The newly redesigned 2012 Volkswagen Eos is cool. And not bottle service at a lame club cool, but cool like the guy who knows about the next place before everyone else. To celebrate its cool, Volkswagen unveiled the 2012 Eos with support from A-list celebrities,
including Heidi Klum, Jessica Szohr, and Mark Salling. But the all new Eos isn’t cool just because celebs like it.
We at VW think our 2012 Eos is the perfect combination of style and performance. With a robust five-part roof unit, this vehicle can easily transform from sleek coupe to sexy convertible (and vice versa) in just 25 seconds. And did we mention the 2.0-liter 16-valve DOHC turbocharged and intercooled four-cylinder gasoline engine? The direct injected power plant produces 200 horsepower, develops 207 lb-ft. of torque and delivers an impressive fuel economy of 31 mpg on the highway. *
Want more? How about the two-part LED rear lights, fiber optic technology system and redesigned rear bumper with diffuser.
Next year, plan to grab your Wayfarers® sunglasses, drop the top and hit the spot before everyone else does. We’ll look for the EOS out front so we know where the party’s at. Until then, check out the pictures from the unveiling of the 2012 Eos on the VW Facebook Fan Page.
